Saturday's Artist

Here's our first contribution to ordinary life magic; saturday artist. Eli has been working all week on making these lovely pieces of cloth on her card board loom. we hope to make them into a cute pencil bag. Eli has asked me to make her a really big loom to work on the floor with. yah! i love that she's so into this. we're thinking place mats for the whole family :)

    Love your loom! My daughter is way into wool handiwork. I may have to try a homemade loom instead of buying one. Thanks!

    You can also make one from an old picture frame and a few nails, but i love the card board loom because the little ones can make it them selves and in any size they would like too ;) happy weaving
